  • All orders are shipped by default with standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days.
  • Expedited shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, and additional charges will apply based on the specific order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders Over $99: Free standard shipping.
  • Orders Under $99: A $10 standard shipping fee will apply.
  • Expedited shipping costs will be calculated based on destination and package weight and will be displayed at checkout.

4. International Shipping

  • Our products are exported to over 56 countries worldwide.
  • For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing time.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package.
  • You can also track your order by entering the tracking number on our website’s “Order Tracking” page.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, customs delays, etc.) may cause shipping delays.
  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping time, please contact us at info@dipuya.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability for delivery, or other reasons, we will contact you to confirm the address and arrange for reshipment. The cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
